Fantastic Boutique Hotel in Kensington London area!
Baglioni Hotel London was a fantastic choice in Kensington area for a hotel close to Buckingham Palace and 10 min walk to Harrods! Lovely boutique hotel impeccably appointed with friendly and welcoming staff. Room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Fantastic to have a Lavazza coffee machine in the room for convenience. Hotel has a very nice spa that I was unable to have time for services, but stopped to check out their wide range of spa services. Restaurant is surrounded with windows and exquisitely decorated. Breakfast was artfully presented and served with many options. Bar area is small and in same area as restaurant with small outside patio dining as well. I would definitely recommend this high end hotel. Certainly on the same level and class and service as a Ritz Carlton, with an intimate setting of a boutique hotel. A gem and a great find!

Amazing Family Suite
Lovely well appointed hotel right near Kensington Park. We got the family suite which has two full bedrooms and two bathrooms which was great traveling with kids. The room has a lovely coffee machine and they had fantastic housekeeping and turn down service with ample complimentary water. It was perfect for our family's trip to London. I would say the only negative is the hotel seems a bit quiet if I was looking for a scene but since we were with kids it was great.

WARNING!! Traveler alert. If your looking for an EXPENSIVE indoor all hour playground this is the hotel for you!!
Horrible! I returned to the Baglioni, where I wrote a glowing TripAdvisor review after my April 2017 visit. I do not know what happed since then. Management, Ownership, ???Guests, young children, are now allowed to run wild at all hours as the their nanny stands watching. When I mentioned this wild behavior to management they totally disregarded me. I questioned, “there is the HUGE Kensington Garden across the street that they can play, scream and run around in” , why is it tolerated here? Again, management blew me off. The pounding on the parents door at midnight screaming “mommy, mommy open up” was the worst. It has been a year since this EXPENSIVE nightmare in July 2023 and I’m still traumatized and sharing this NIGHTMARE with all my many friends and travel companions. You’ve been warned and stay at your own sleepiness risk.
