Lovely stay. Probably the best 3 star hotel we have been to. We stayed a few days before the English school holidays and noticed a difference towards the end of the holiday with larger queues but this is to be expected and probably like this in all hotels in the school holidays. I really liked the food, we always managed to find something . The salad bar was great. I thought the rooms were fab, we stayed in a 5 star last year and my kids had to sleep on an awful sofa/ pull out so to have a double bed was great! Strong Air con, balcony views , large closet space 👌🏼 I thought the beds were comfy and not hard at all ?! The token system for the drinks worked brilliantly, we didn’t see a wasp all week & everywhere was clean and tidy. Pool opened at 10am, got a bed straight away but we did queue beforehand. Shame if you are an early riser or prefer early morning swimming but I’m pleased we didn’t have to race down to compete for a sun lounger. Pool starts off shallow then gradually gets deeper-perfect for children and if you like to ease yourself in! Taxi to the old town was €35 each way, nice day out. Sunset strip was great, we went twice and walked there and taxi back €7. We ventured out every night for cocktails and to play pool at the local bars. Knocked a star off as I don’t think reception give you enough information on arrival, we had to figure things out from Tripadvisor and just from getting our bearings over the week. Plus I got told from my travel agent we had access to the sunset terrace but we never received an access card from reception.

Transfer - Approx 30 mins transfer and a 1 minute walk from the drop off point. Rooms - x2 double beds pushed together, which was fine for us as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Limited storage space but we managed. No real issues with noise as others have mentioned. Breakfast - Very good. Usual cooked breakfast items with a chef cooking something different everyday (pancakes/omelettes etc). Plus a range of fruits, pastries and cereals. Croissants and chocolate spread our favourites! Coffee and juice machine always busy but good quality Lunch - Didn't use the restaurant for lunch but the snack bar is excellent. Pizza/hotdogs/toasties etc. order at the bar, hand your receipt over to the kitchen and food is with you within 5 mins Dinner - Slightly disappointing. Kids struggled with the options so had pasta & sauce most night. Mixed grill night not great. Salad bar was good we just weren't keen on the main options or desserts. Pools - Perfect. Got sunbeds and umbrella every day at the kids pool, no need to queue. Drinks - Again perfect. Fast service and good quality drinks. Token system absolutely fine. Entertainment - Mixed bag. The team work hard with the kids disco but wasn't great in our opinion. Face painting was their favourite. Adult shows were okay. Singer/magician type stuff. Some lovely restaurants near by, we used urban Lounge & Pizzaman. Highly recommend both. Water taxi over to San Antonio is fun, 5 euro per person. Nice walk back to the hotel with a few cocktail stops en route.

This is a great hotel. It ticks most boxes. Its a standard three star hotel with five star staff.if you want a hotel where you feel amongst people like yourself then this is the place.there are two types of holidaymakers that go here-families and party people.the party people mostly visit towards the weekend.take earplugs as the walls/floors thin.Above me it sounded like elephants dancing with clogs on! There are two separate pools for party people and families which is good but I wish they’re had been two sides of hotel for families and party people as we were woken by two girls who had brought boys back to their room for the obvious reasons!there is security in the hotel so if it gets too much dial 9 for reception and they will sort it. Beds are rock hard so if you like a bed like a floorboard then you’re in for a treat! Rooms cleaned every single day without fail and there’s a guy cleaning around the pool every day.Seriously these guys work HARD so please tip them nicely as they need to earn enough through the summer to get through the winter.we gave everyone a tip even the pool guy! There were no problem getting a sunbed before half term however it got busier once schools had broken up so the beds were scarce and the queues for food/drinks got longer.especially on a Sunday when the young lad was working.maybe a little bit of training from señorita black shirt (as my son named her) my son is blind and the staff there were really attentive to his needs, placing the drink in his hand and ensuring he knew where his food was. The restaurant food is hit and miss but there’s always something edible and if not the snack bar is great 6 days a week. There are daily menus on the wall outside restaurant so you can check what’s for mealtime then decide accordingly. There’s music around the pool all day creating a good Ibizan vibe. No particular time to be out of the pool as I saw so you can end your day as you see fit. There’s a spot near the lifeguard where you can help yourself to inflatables etc which have been left behind so check there before buying. The night entertainment was a bit thin on the ground but the team did their best.Mini disco was energetic and enough to tire the kids out before bed. Sunset terrace was nice but very hot! There’s a really cheap bus route at the bottom of the street opposite pisco beach restaurant that goes to san an bus station.from there you can get a bus all over the island.make sure to buy your ticket inside before the bus comes. (I think it’s no 9) to es Canar weds hippy market comes at 10am and 12pm.don’t get ripped off by the prices though as most of the stuff is cheaper elsewhere.apparently the night one is better but it’s three buses away. The nearest shop at the bottom of the street is much more expensive than ones further up the road especially for inflatables etc. The transfer drops off and picks up at the bottom of the street.on drop off, cross the road towards the shop and follow the path to the right,to the hotel. Sorry for the long review but I like to make sure I’ve covered all bases.any questions just ask!
