Best experience for an all inclusive!
This resort is 12/10!! The staff, the food, the gym, the beach!!! All of it! Lots of great healthy options and protein shakes ! The sky bar has some of the best views I’ve ever seen with delicious food and drink options! It was a great option to have sunscreen and aloe available by the pool. I would come back without hesitation!

Wonderful time
My husband and I had a wonderful time at this resort. The facilities are beautiful and the employees we encountered there were all very friendly. The cherry on top of everything was definitely our butler’s Jorge and Suyin. They were wonderful and went above and beyond to help us with any request we had. They were super attentive and prompt. Jorge was very kind.

Atelier Play Mujeres - Definitely YES!
Stayed 7 nights to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We chose Atelier based on various reviews and couldn't be happier with the choice. The property, which is situated in Playa Mujeres, was beautiful. It's about a 45 minute drive from the Cancun airport, depending on traffic. The architecture and decor was unique, the grounds were immaculate and the landscaping was amazing. The entire staff provided some of the best service, in fact the best service, we'd ever experienced. The food was all very good, from the a-la-carte restaurants to the buffets. The bars were all very good as well, especially the main bar in the lobby that overlooks the ocean. We also enjoyed an afternoon at the on-site Nuup spa starting with the full hydrotherapy circuit and ending with a couple's Swedish massage. Top shelf service all around. Finally, we'd like to make special mention of two of the hostesses at the Mercado 19 buffet. Their names are Elena & Daiana. They always greeted us warmly and provided that extra touch of service that helped make our stay seem so special. Finally, if you do visit, be sure to check out and participate in the scheduled events & shows they offer each day & evening. Highly recommend Atelier Play Mujeres, no matter what the reason for your visit.
