Astro Palace Hotel & Suites

My stay at the Astro Palace Hotel & Suites was short but very sweet. The hotel is very beautiful, with lovely amenities and in a great location. It is away from the crowds but only a five-minute walk to the bustling town of Fira. The staff at the Astro Palace are wonderful and they are what really makes this hotel special. Marilena, Hope and Katerina on the front desk were fantastic. I was very spoilt by them and their customer service was exceptional. When I checked out, I accidently left some swimsuits drying on the balcony. Katerina was so helpful and kindly arranged a courier service to return them to me in the UK. I cannot thank them enough for the special touches they added to my stay. Villy and Athanasia at the spa were also amazing and I had the most relaxing and rejuvenating treatment there. All the staff go above and beyond to make their guests stay at the Astro Palace a memorable one. I would highly recommend staying here when you visit Santorini. I had a fabulous experience, and I look forward to a longer stay next time.

I was absolutely blown away by this hotel! The staff were exceptional at every turn, offering top-notch service from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had stunning views, all just a short walk from Fira. The front desk team was especially helpful, providing excellent recommendations and even handling our reservations with ease. I’ve never encountered such personalized and thoughtful customer service. The complimentary breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with new options each day. On the morning of our early flight, the staff went above and beyond by packing us breakfast to go. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again!

We passed a great week at Astro Palace Hotel and Suites. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the ladies of the front desk who also helped us during our stay with all types of information and services. The whole staff was extremely kind and helpful. We had a beautiful, spacious room overlooking a private pool and terrace. The everyday cleaning and towel service was perfect. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of food and you were even free to ask for additional items like special egg dishes or coffees. During the day and from 7 pm you could make your choice from a menu of fine food and drinks that you could have served outside near the pool area or in the inside restaurant. Drinks were served till late in the evening at the outside pool bar by always smiling staff. The hotel is very well located at a 10’ walk from downtown Fira, away from the crowds but easy to reach. You can all also visit from here the hot spots of the islands and the staff helps with booking taxi’s, tours or boat trips. We had a wonderful time here and highly recommend this hotel when you stay at Santorini. Many thanks and compliments to the staff.
