The three of us (Me, my wife & 9y/o daughter) stayed here at Easter for one week. We got the hotel for an absolute bargain of a price as they had only opened for the summer the week before. It's a lovely little setting, mostly surrounded by apartments. You have the beach a short walk away with a couple of chiringuitos, and in the other direction, you have the town and harbour and another bigger beach. Because we were early in the season a lot of bars and restaurants hadn't opened for the season yet. The hotel itself is absolutely spotlessly clean, in the morning the pool and common areas have an army of cleaners tidying the place. The food is okay, but needs a bit of work - sure it is just teething. There was plenty of it and a good bit of variety. The boys and girls in the dining room and kitchen deserve a special mention for their good work. Lunchtime is quieter if you go all-inclusive, breakfast and dinner it's almost as if the guests hadn't eaten before. The pool area is also worthy of a recommendation, the boys and girls are very helpful & professional. Again there is plenty of drinks and snacks available (Not premium brand top shelf though). The pool water was like ice water. Plenty of sun beds and none of this putting a towel on to reserve nonsense. To sum up, I would recommend.

The resort is full of the noise of children, in the dining room, at the pool, in the halls, infiltrating adult only spaces like the fitness centre and the upper sun deck. If you don't enjoy the energy of children this is not the place for you. Our room was right over the stage and the bar which meant we did not sleep until the entertainment was done which was as late as 10:45 pm - not late for Spain. The all inclusive option is convenient. The food was well prepared and tasty but not imaginative. The breads were delicious. Tea and coffee are only served at breakfast in the dining hall and the early grey tea supply was exhausted after our first day there and was not replaced. The rooms are somewhat spartan but the beds are comfortable and the shower had sufficient water pressure. The communal parts of the resort are very clean. The hotel is on a bluff and it is a short walk in either direction to a nice beach. There are two grocery stores close by and the town centre is an easy walk or cycle. The staff were all delightful and helpful.

My wife and I spent two weeks at the Tropic Garden hotel in St. Eulalia, Ibeza. While it was just the two of us, and there is a large percentage of families at the hotel, we found it to be very relaxing and quiet. It helped that we had one of the sea-facing apartments, which put us on the end closest to the sea, and away from the pool. Additionally, we had the breakfast meal-plan which worked really well for our eating patterns. The breakfast was a blend of traditional European continental breakfast and a heartier American breakfast. They also had gluten-free breads during breakfast, and told us they could support gluten-free pizza's and pasta for dinner, if we wanted. There are three people we want to recognize who were extremely helpful. Jose from the dining room was superbly friendly, outgoing, and always enjoyable to chat with. He made us feel especially welcome. Jordi and Andrea from the front desk were extremely helpful with information and arrangements both at the resort and across Ibeza. The rest of the front-desk, dining room, and housekeeping staff were also helpful, as we attempted to communicate with them despite an extremely limited Spanish vocabulary on our part. Clearly, efforts to build a service-oriented culture are paying off here. Please note that the hotel is roughly a 30-Euro one-way cab-ride from Ibeza Town, but is in walking distance from St. Eulalia's downtown area. Good beaches are less than a mile (1.6 km) in either direction from the hotel. There is a scenic 3-mile walk (4.8 km) to the north-east of the resort, with spectacular coastal views along the entire way. There are a couple sections requiring light-hiking, but nothing overly strenuous. Based on our experience here, I would definitely consider staying at one of their other resorts.
