The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We were lucky and got a room on the first floor with a fab sea view. The bedroom and bathroom were a great size and had everything we needed. The pool is small but generally quiet so we were always able to get a sun lounger. The hotel is in a fantastic location right on the prom and only a 5 minute walk from the beautiful old town.

Definitely not a 4 star. Dated hotel but its clean and the staff are nice. We stayed on the 7th floor and the breakfast is served on the 8th floor. From 8am every morning with the furniture being dragged on the floor upstairs. Small glass of orange juice is €4.50. There is also a safe in the room but when we went to use it you actually have to rent it from reception.

Just returned back from a girls trip here. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right outside the beach and walking distance to the plentiful bars and restaurants in Marbella. We stayed in an apartment which which was clean and tidy. Plenty of kitchen amenities for our use and the bathroom was adequate for our needs. Clean bedding and towels, sea view (from the side of the building but this was still a great view!) room was a little smaller than anticipated from researching the photos & we did have to pay for the use of the in-room safe although it was only a few euros. There are two lifts in use, only one takes you right up to floor 8 where the pool is located so one to be aware of. The pool was clean & a great sun trap although could be improved by having some parasols up there, better drinks choices at the snack bar, and for the snack bar to be open later than 15:30 when it currently closes. Bar & reception staff were welcoming and pleasant & allowed us to use the changing room/shower facilities after we had checked out. Overall thoughts - I won't grumble, this place is "what you see is what you get" and I'd probably visit again in the future.
