Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel
Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel We stayed at Vibra Tropical Garden, and it was an absolute nightmare. The rooms were outdated and dirty, with mold in some corners and ants crawling around. The bathroom was filthy, with visible mold. The beds were the cheapest and most uncomfortable imaginable. To make things worse, the noise level was unbearable—starting from 8:00 AM, we were woken up by loud hammering from the neighboring room, and the thin walls meant we could hear every step from other guests. We complained to the so-called manager about the conditions and requested a refund for at least two nights. His arrogant and unprofessional attitude was shocking. This ruined our entire vacation. We have photos and videos to support our claims. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!! Avoid this hotel at all costs!

The best holiday
It is an extraordinary hotel, located near the beach and close to most important points and top clubs! The staff is very welcoming, especially Paul from the reception! And at the pool bar you will find Mario who is very attentive and with a very good vibe! See you next year! Thank you all for making our holiday better!

Great service!
We had a great afternoon at Virbra’s pool enjoying the sun, music and drinks. The bar tender Mario gave us a great service as well as loads of tips of places to visit around the island. Drinks are good and reasonably priced. Will definitely come back next time I am around.
