Anantara The Palm

We returned this year after an amazing time last year. Fantastic hotel, location with amazing staff who really know how to provide a great customer experience. Restaurants are all superb, as is the service and the food, exceptional. Check in experience was excellent, respectful that we'd arrived after very long journey, we were offered refreshments and an upgrade to our room with early entry. Room was extremely spacious and well maintained including amenities topped up throughout our stay, well done to the housekeeping staff. Spent most of our time on the beach, great service and staff at Mai bar (and early hiccup with call button soon sorted). We were half board and was excellent value for money. Staff at Revo Cafe you provide a great personalised service, was lovely to see you every day! Staff at Mekong thank you for remembering us from last year and being so welcoming again this year. It does get busier at weekends when locals make use of the hotel, whilst it can get crowded at the pool, there are always beds at the beach, and we always found reserving tables for dinner without issue. This is a resort hotel, one where you can relax and enjoy the beach, pool, low level accommodation and the spa (which is excellent and in line with all Anantara spas).

The personal was so welcoming very good experience especially bipin fayaz albin and vinu I recommend the open buffet and say Hi to the personnel

Staff was friendly, polite and professional. Food was amazing and the grounds are gorgeous. Truly relaxing break and I can’t wait to return.
