Don't let the location put you off, its beautiful
This hotel is stunning. Clean and very quiet. There isn't anything in walking distance but don't let this put you off its a taxi away from all the island, ss its located centrally. It was 20 euro to Fira (my favourite) 15 to Improvigelli, 25 to Oia and 45 to Parrisa. You can hire a car to get about but we decided not to as love a wine. The rooms are spacious and the view is unbelievable. The balcony's are all huge and have a lovely whirlpool or swimming pool. The staff are all just lovely. The restaurant is quiet but does an amazing Santorini salad. I wouldn't recommend for kids as it is very quiet but perfect for couples.

Warning…many better options in Santorini.
BUYER BEWARE. Stay elsewhere. This hotel has refused to return my $1,585 deposit. It was escalated to top management and refused. This is not a customer friendly establishment. I advise you to seek alternate locations. I seek legal counsel.

Peaceful and Friendly
We stayed for 10 days and had a nice time here. The staff are incredibly friendly and informative; they can't do enough for you for the most part. The rooms are clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. Our private pool was clean and while cold, it was exactly what we needed after baking in the sun. The private terraces are nice to sunbathe in as the wind is blocked by the side walls, and the view is gorgeous. It felt very private and peaceful much of the time, which was exactly what we needed. We would have given 5 stars if not for a few minor issues. You absolutely need to rent a car to get around if you're staying here. The breakfast was fairly simple, and when asking for eggs to be cooked a specific way we were told no (really just not fans of scrambled/omelettes most mornings). Housekeeping is super friendly, but doesn't seem to be optional like normal hotels, and we found ourselves trying to time our activities so that we would be gone or in the pool during room cleaning. The bar outside the restaurant wasn't open which was disappointing, because there were days by the pool where we would have loved a cocktail. Overall we had a great time, and would recommend here if you plan on hiring a car and mostly eating out.
