This hotel is stunning in every way ! Every member of staff greet you when ever passing. Your greeted for breakfast by your first names every morning. Breakfast is lovely and includes champagne every morning which is served till 11am ! All the sun beds have a buzzer to call a member of staff if you want a drink/snack. Bedrooms are spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend

Location-First of all, this hotel is located in the worst part of San Antonio Bay. It is surrounded by ugly beaches and unfinished hotel buildings. Do not be fooled by the social media pictures they post. This hotel is pretty good at marketing strategies, and they are so clever that they only take pictures of the hotel from a good angle. Reception-When you arrive at reception to check in, you are given some horrible tasting orange or lemon water. When we checked in, the staff were polite enough but guess what! All the reception staff barely speak English. I will never understand why you would put front desk staff who do not speak a word of English when this hotel receives visitors from all over the world. Hence this made communication extremely difficult! Rooms-The room sizes are ok, but the toilet and bathroom have a see-through screen and whoever you are sharing your room with can see you do your business. Cleanliness-This hotel has a very clean, nice and modern looking entrance but that's just about it. Our sheets were not changed for the 4 days that we stayed, and the cleaner used to sweep the dirt under our beds. The cleaners do not do a thorough job of cleaning the rooms daily. They do more of a browse through! Food-This was the worst part of the trip! When we checked in, we immediately asked about the buffet restaurant because we were excited. The front desk staff made it seem like it was so great and that if we do not book the dinner buffet in advance, we would not get a table and we would pay extra. So of course, we booked the buffet dinner in advance, and we were extremely disappointed. The food was very bland, tasteless and there is not much choice. They did not even have chicken and even the mushrooms were boiled to perfection!!!! The breakfast was ok but again, the food was bland with no flavour whatsoever. The food was quite expensive and not worth the price. I would recommend eating elsewhere outside the hotel for dinner. RACISM-We went for a walk along the beach and used the beach entrance to enter the hotel and one of the hotel staff aggressively asked us if we were staying at the hotel and we said yes, and he asked us for our room number, and we gave it to him. I do not believe this question would have been asked to a white couple. EVERYDAY WHEN WE WENT TO BREAKFAST OR DINNER, WE WERE SUBJECT TO MANY STARES AND LOOKS OF SHOCK FROM OTHER HOTEL GUESTS. I AM NOT SURE IF IT WAS THEIR FIRST TIME SEEING BLACK PEOPLE OR THEY WERE JUST BEING RUDE. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT IBIZA IS VISITED BY MANY DIFFERENT ETHNICITIES. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEDN STAYING AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE BLACK!!!!!!!! Staff- They were friendly enough but sometimes if you went up to reception with a general enquiry, it felt as if you are bothering them. We bought food outside of the hotel and we ate it while relaxing at the pool and a staff member gently told us off for eating food we had bought outside the hotel, and he said he will allow it only this one time. We thought, well if the hotel food was good enough, there would be no reason for us to buy food outside!! Roof Top Bar-We visited the roof top bar on our last day, and I would say this is the best part of the hotel. The views are amazing, the music is good and just the general vibe of the roof top was amazing. The drinks were a bit too watery though! I would not recommend staying at this hotel. It is definitely not a 5 Star hotel, it's an overpriced glossy finish catfish hotel that has some excellent marketing. I would also not recommend staying at this hotel if you are black!!!!!!!!
