Almaha Marrakech is a retreat of indulgent artists: a riad hotel that brings together generations of traditional Moroccan craftsmanship and contemporary art in rhythm – the beauty of order.
The soft shine of polished tadelakt on tactile Bedouin textiles, the candlelight on burnished metal, a landscape rendered by a multitude of silk pixels. Inspired by Baudelaire’s poem Invitation au voyage, Charles Kaisin created interiors designed to move the soul and captivate the senses.

This was our first visit to Marrakesh and we had taken a while to chose our Accommodation. We were keen to have an authentic experience, however, we were also conscious of being new to the city and unsure of the perfect location. We were so pleased when we entered the outer door of of the riad into an oasis of calm…it really was a beautiful place. The staff were exceptionally helpful, kind and polite, the room was spacious, well appointed and tasteful decorated in a Moroccan style. We had 3 great days in Marrakesh, it is a bustling busy place, a full assault on the senses! From the motorbikes, to the chickens, to the smokey food stalls to the vendors selling everything from spices to lamps to leather work, it is alive day and night! As wonderful as this was I was very glad to walk through the door to the Riad Almaha, into a serene place of quiet calm to recharge my batteries before the next day began.

This hotel is located in a medina and you wouldn’t even know it was there. The interior is gorgeous and the staff is super professional. We were shocked when we got inside. The food was the best we had in Morocco.

10/10 would recommend! It is a really beautiful Riyad and has lovely rooms. The bathroom was so incredible. There was amazing service. Zaher was especially helpful and attentive. The food was great. Staff went out their way to accommodate us e.g. went out to get paracetamol for us. It is a great location, only a 15 minutes walk from Jemaa el-Fna Square. The spa is gorgeous and we had really nice treatments too. Definitely a lovely place to stay when you visit Marrakech!
