Upon arrival we were upgraded to a room with Club Lounge access! The service while checking in and in Club Lounge was amazing! The food at the Club lounge was of great quality and very delicious. The atmosphere was very relaxing and we really enjoyed our stay. It also has a central location near Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall! Overall, highly recommended!

The lobby of the hotel was a vibrant spot with plenty of lovely, friendly staff ready to hgo out their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast staff were great and the food was delicious, with varieties of choices, we were served by oshin all the time such a kind lady and well trained waitress, they have beautiful terrace which is facing to beautiful view of Burj Khalifa and also they have large pool , overall everything is excellent every which way definitely coming back, and highly recommended!!
Checked in on 16th November for a three night stay with my mother to celebrate her 70th birthday. Unfortunately things did not go well for me and my mother at this hotel. I had paid in full before checking in. We were upgraded to a room and upon check in very conveniently no one informed us that maintenance work would be going on from 11 am to 5 pm daily. After a long flight, we just wanted to relax for sometime. But that was not the case, there were annoying drilling sounds after 2 minutes interval. When I called the reception, they just nonchalantly informed me that we were upgraded and if we change we will not be given twin beds and the room category would be downgraded. We were tired but decided to visit Dubai Mall during their maintenance hours. Upon returning to our room around 9:30 pm we realised none of the lights were working, AC wasn’t working, Tv wasn’t working, we had ordered room service - which wasn’t cleared ( even though make my room sign was on ). Had to make several calls to the reception. Housekeeping guy came and also came a maintenance guy from IT to check the iPad. It was a complete chaos. The housekeeping staff tried calling his senior and asked him whether he could come once, since we were standing a few feet apart from him we could hear clearly the supervisor yelling in Hindi “Main Nahin Ana…which means I ain’t coming”. He was just so rude. After few more calls we were finally downgraded to the room which we had booked originally but this time with no twin beds. Thankfully there were no sounds. To make up for their “mishap” we were given complimentary club lounge facilities! On my mother’s birthday I was clicking a few photos but then suddenly I was interrupted rudely by a guy from security near the club lounge asking me whether I stayed at the hotel and that I am not allowed to click photos! Random ? I thought so. I ignored him, showed him my room key and left immediately. On the last night around 12:15 am when the “do not disturb” sign was on the same housekeeping guy whom we had met on the first day started knocking obnoxiously on our door, we were obviously asleep, when we asked him what he wants - he just asked us whether we required anything. I wanted to extend my stay, but this property is just not for me. Honestly I didn’t like the staff at the front desk, they were rude and always had a smirk on their faces. The hotel lobby at night is full of ladies with questionable background, but I have never seen anyone from security team harassing them. In august 2022 I stayed at Address Downtown and really liked the hotel and hence wanted to stay at Boulevard, but the difference in staff and attitude is just huge. Not for me.
