PAPER THIN WALLS
NOISE COMPLAINT. I can literally hear every single word my neighbor is saying. The door conjoining the rooms is paper thin. They just got room service and are checking their email. The room was $500 a night….wtf. I complained and they gave mw a breakfast credit of $60 but like…how are they still in business?

Most comfortable hotel stay in a while!
Such a cozy, non stuffy, hotel! From the relaxing entrance, the friendly and caring staff, the natural decor, the yummy food choices, fresh apples by the elevators, filtered water in the room, to the super comfortable bed, this is a hotel we can’t wait to stay at again!

My favorite oasis in the middle of NYC
There are so many things to like about this hotel, from the woodsy common areas filled with beautiful, thriving plants to the comfy rooms, some with incredible views of Central Park. But I have to say that my highest compliment goes to the staff here. I stay in a lot of great European hotels, and the 1 Hotel Central Park team ranks right up there with them. They are all smart, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. I needed to extend my stay over a holiday weekend and Chester made it happen so smoothly. High marks to Chester and the whole staff! I look forward to my next stay…in about a week!
