One of the most polite and friendly staff in the world! The stay at Condes was absolutely great! We had a conference with over 90 people and every single person who stayed in the hotel loved the experience!

Great, central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Big THANK YOU especially to Axel, Carlos and Sofia who organized the New Year's Eve perfectly for me and friends. I would hire the 3 of them if I had a hotel 😉👍

Visited this lovely hotel in November. We arrived close to midnight and were greeted by the very helpful and accommodating staff who are present 24 hours a day. Our room was clean and had a view of the Passieg de Gracia which was decorated for the holidays. The holiday lights went on during our visit which was very festive. The rooftop bar/restaurant is very nice with very good service. We enjoyed cocktails and wine multiple times. We were able to walk to most of our destinations or catch a cab right outside. We were walking distance to many Gaudi buildings, walked to Parc Guell (the end of the walk is a very steep hill), walked to the Gothic quarter, La Sagrada Familia, and numerous other spots. Public transportation is close as well, but because we were a larger group, we opted for cabs which are reasonably priced. Our room was cleaned daily which was a nice change from many US hotels. We did not opt for the breakfast, so I can't review that. The staff is just excellent. Very professional and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
