We had a Deluxe Sea View Room. Which de facto was Pool View and had only lateral sea view, where the sea was quite a distance away, The room was medium-sized, but nicely furnished, in friendly colours. Had a balcony. The bathroom was small, could have had more light. Shower was good. Though recently renovated, the flooring in the hallway was dirty. We had all-inclusive, the buffet in the La Sal restaurant was good although they had problems keeping the food warm. We also tried the Il Palazzo restaurant but we weren’t very happy with that. The buffet dinner at La Sal is the better choice. Good pool area, nearby Xtra Time Sports Bar good for snacks and drinks. They have a medium-sized fitness center, some equipment is outside. There is a mixture of new and old equipment, some dumbbells were even rusty. Please be aware the hotel is near the airport. That means it can get noisy when the airplanes fly over the hotel. The hotel has a small parking lot. They charge you €15 per day, which is a kind of ungenerous business practice. Friendly staff. All in all an above-average all-inclusive hotel.

We visited Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza after having a wonderful experience at Grand Palladium Sicily. Unfortunately, we were disappointed this time. On the positive side, the food in the à la carte restaurants was delicious, and the hotel and room were beautiful, clean and well-maintained. However, there are some weaknesses to note. There were very few animation, which was disappointing. Although the short music shows in the evening were enjoyable, I would have liked them to last longer. There were no daytime activities or music at the pool, bars, or restaurants. (Sad atmosphere for Ibiza). Additionally, although the kids club staff were very kind, there were practically no animation for children apart from that. The service at the hotel was also lacking, with many employees appearing tired and unmotivated. We almost felt like we were bothering them. We approached the front desk to request water bottles in our room, as our minibar had not been restocked that day, and we were told we had to pay extra. Then, the employee gave us the reception phone to order ourselves to the room service staff? We were travelling with a 9 months baby and needed water for her milk, I found it very rude. Although we received a low price due to the low season, I do not believe this justifies the regular price to stay at this hotel. As a result, we do not plan to return in the future.

I had such a wonderful experience in the hotel! Unf the weather wasn’t soo good but being on the hotel made it so worth it! The food was incredible the staff was amazing! I had the pleasure of meeting Richard Omar and Roly from the salinas bar and saber aulad from the sports bar and couldn’t have made my trip worth it without them who made sure that I was having a good time and happy, my 4 nights here were exceptional and will definately be back! Thanks for a great time
